Result show that Staphyloccocus aureas showed a man zone of inhibition of 12.33 mm on the cassia alata L. extract.

Bleeding test showed an average 3.01 minutes before bleeding stopped. ANOVA test showed no significant difference on the effectiveness of  herbi plast and commercial gauze and antiseptic as first aid treatment for wounds. It also proved the effectiveness of the antibacterial and coagulant properties of the herbi plast ointment as represented by the microbial index result and bleeding test.
